If you were registered as a PSIMA member before the portal launched, you can claim your account

How to Claim Your Account

  1. Go to the Claim Account page
  2. Search using your name, phone, email, IC number, or membership ID
  3. Select your record from the results
  4. Verify your identity (IC number or upload IC document)
  5. Create your email and password for login

Once claimed, your existing membership data will be linked to your new login account.

Follow these steps to apply for PSIMA membership

Register an Account

Create your account with email and password to get started

Step 2

Login

Sign in to your account to access the membership portal

Step 3

Start Application

Go to your dashboard and click "Start Application" to begin

Step 4

Choose Category

Select your membership type based on your qualifications (Full, Foreign, Associate, or Student)

Step 5

Personal Details

Fill in your personal information including contact details and address

Step 6

Qualifications

Add your academic qualifications and professional background

Step 7

Referees

Provide contact information for 2 referees who can vouch for your application

Step 8

Documents

Upload required documents based on your membership category

Step 9

Review & Submit

Review all information and submit your application for approval

Full Member

  • Copy of IC (MyKad)
  • Academic Certificate (Psychology degree)

Foreign Member

  • Copy of Passport
  • Academic Certificate (Psychology degree)

Associate Member

  • Copy of IC (MyKad)

Student Member

  • Copy of IC (MyKad)
  • Student ID or Enrollment Letter

What happens after your application is submitted

Pending

Application received, awaiting review by committee

Under Review

Being reviewed by membership committee (2/3 approval needed)

Approved

Approved! Complete payment to activate your membership

Active

Membership active - access all benefits and member directory
